Oats idli preparation
Hi fnds,
Just i want to share the receipe 'Oats idli' with you ppl. My sister will prepare this and it is a nice tiffin and healthy too.
method:
-----------
1.soak dal for about 2 hrs...grind it softly with green chiili &ginger.
2.soak oats for some 10 min in water.
3.add oats in urad paste ..add salt.
4.keep it for some 8 to 10 hrs.(depends on ur climate)
5.make idlis.
It wont be so soft as like rice idlis. It is very good for the diabetis patients.
You just try this and give me the feedback about it.
