In the event we undergo a business transition, such as a merger, being acquired by another company, or selling a portion of our assets, users’ personal information will, in most instances, be part of the assets transferred.

Referral
If a user elects to use OhmyBaby.in referral service for informing his/her friends about its services, OhmyBaby.in requests them for the friend’s name and email address. OhmyBaby.in may automatically send such friends a one-time email inviting them to visit the site and make use of its services.

Security
Information collected by the website is stored securely and shared only on a need to know basis within OhmyBaby.in. Encryption of information is used in transmission or storage if the information pertains to Credit Card particulars. The security policy of the Company is reviewed from time to time through independent Security consultants and the information of the users is protected as per the security policy recommended by such consultants.

OhmyBaby.in does not use encryption for exchange of non credit card information between the user and the website as well as in the storage of such information.

Correcting/Updating/Deleting/Deactivating Personal Information
When a new member joins any of the services offered by OhmyBaby.in and provides the personally identifiable information, the user would be prompted to select a password of his choice (subject to availability and security constraints) and such information would be stored in a password protected area in the web server.

If a user’s personally identifiable information changes or if a user no longer desires OhmyBaby.in service or if the user wants to change the password, he/she may update the information or deactivate the account using the password access. The responsibility to maintain updated information in the member account rests with the users.

Notification of Changes
Any changes in the Privacy policy will be updated on the website and the users are expected to check the document as often as necessary.
